Social Responsibility
Ever since its founding in 2003 the PropertyBridge team has recognized the importance of using its leadership role to support the communities in which it works and operates. This has led to involvement with a number of local and national non-profits and causes. PropertyBridge has participated in money and awareness raising campaigns for organizations including the Red Cross and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. 
Where possible, PropertyBridge has looked to leverage its central role within the multifamily industry to support causes in a strategic and collaborative manner. This has led to successful, jointly executed programs with partner organizations including Realty DataTrust (VaultWare), Ellipse, Inc., ResidentCheck, RentGrow, Capture the Market and Spherexx.
MoneyGram’s acquisition of PropertyBridge in 2007 safeguards this commitment to social responsibility, and provides new opportunities for the PropertyBridge team to give back. MoneyGram is actively involved on a corporate and local level with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
