$20,000 Grand Prize Winner

We are pleased to introduce you to the winner of our 2008 Resident Sweepstakes Program!

Kyle Williams of Orem, UT was selected by random drawing as the $20,000 grand prize winner from more than 150,000 entries. Kyle is a 21 year old psychology student at Utah Valley University. Simply by paying his rent online through PropertyBridge, Kyle is now $20,000 richer!

When asked what he will do with his winnings, Kyle responded, “I would like to be responsible with it. Save it. Make my parents proud. But can’t say that I won’t have some fun with it too!”

The average electronic payment transaction growth among participating property management companies was 41%

Participating property management companies had a 30% higher adoption rate than non-participating companies during the six month promotion period

68% of participating property management companies had double or triple digit growth

80% of residents were first-time payers with PropertyBridge
