PropertyBridge to Exhibit at NMHC Technology Conference and at MultiFamily Pro's Brainstorming

Event Participation Includes Sponsorship of Executive Sessions at Brainstorming

Oakland, CA - November 13, 2008 - PropertyBridge, Inc., a MoneyGram company, and the leading provider of electronic payment services to the residential real estate management industry, today announced that it will demonstrate its Payments Platform at two major multifamily conferences in November, 2008.  PropertyBridge will exhibit at booth #43 during the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) Annual Apartment Technology Conference November 16-18, and will sponsor Multifamily Pro’s Executive Brainstorming Sessions and exhibit at booth #40 on November 19-20.

The NMHC Apartment Technology Conference focuses on technology trends within the multifamily industry and is attended by decision makers, implementers and users in the multifamily industry. The conference will be held in Atlanta, GA at the Hilton Atlanta.

Brainstorming Sessions is a national conference designed exclusively for the multifamily industry’s senior-most decision-makers to network with their peers, explore new opportunities, and brainstorm ideas and solutions to their toughest challenges. The conference will be held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
