Community Contest
In 2009, PropertyBridge launched its first contest just for community managers! Beyond helping onsite staff survive “Rent Week,” we want to reward their enthusiasm in encouraging residents to pay electronically through PropertyBridge.
How it Works
The program begins on February 1, 2009 and ends April 30, 2009. For each month of the promotion period, PropertyBridge will award prizes to three communities with the highest overall electronic payment percentage increase over the previous month. The community with the highest payment percentage increase over the entire contest promotion period wins the grand prize.
You are competing only with other communities in your organization, not with other PropertyBridge clients. So your chance of winning is excellent! Plus, you can win regardless of your community size – winners are determined by payment growth percentage (number of transactions divided by the number of units). In the case of a tie, the community with the higher total number of transactions wins.
All PropertyBridge payment types are eligible. This may include credit/debit card, PINless debit, ACH, MoneyGram ExpressPayment transactions and scanned checks.
Monthly Prizes
The three communities with the highest overall payment percentage increase over the previous month with cash prizes of $100 (1st place), $75 (2nd place) and $50 (3rd place) for each month of the promotion. Monthly winners will be announced on your PropertyBridge community portal.
Grand Prize
PropertyBridge will award a grand prize of $500 to the community with the highest payment percentage increase during the entire contest period. The grand prize winner will be announced on your PropertyBridge community portal.
