How Does it Work?
- Resident enters card information online, over the phone, or in person
- PropertyBridge determines if the card is PIN-less debit eligible. If the card is PINless debit eligible, it is securely routed to the PINless debit processor. If not PIN-less debit eligible, it is securely routed to the credit card processor
- The transaction is authorized or declined
- Transaction appears in real-time in the PropertyBridge application
- Issuing bank approves transfer of money to acquiring bank. The acquiring bank, in turn, credits the property management company’s bank account
